Live Insider Trading Feed

The Lynx MI Live Feed is a continuously updating stream of SEC Form 4 insider transactions. Every time a corporate officer, director, or 10%+ stockholder buys or sells shares, the SEC requires public disclosure within two business days. Our system ingests these filings the moment they appear on EDGAR and presents them in a clean, filterable interface.

How the Live Feed Works

Our pipeline polls SEC EDGAR every 60 seconds for newly filed Form 4 documents. Each filing is parsed to extract the insider's name, their relationship to the company, transaction type (purchase, sale, grant, or exercise), number of shares, price per share, and total transaction value. The AI conviction engine then scores each trade from 0 to 100 based on factors like trade size relative to holdings, cluster buying patterns, 10b5-1 plan status, and the insider's historical accuracy.

Trades are color-coded: green for purchases (bullish signal), red for sales, and amber for option exercises. You can filter by sector, minimum conviction score, transaction type, and dollar value. High-conviction cluster buys — where multiple insiders at the same company purchase within a short window — are flagged with a special badge because they historically correlate with above-average future stock returns.
